Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Water Wallet operates as a prepaid digital credit system.


2. Top-Ups

  • All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable once processed
  • Credit is immediately allocated to your Water Wallet for use at participating refill stations

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • duplicate payments
  • system errors
  • failed transactions where funds were deducted but not credited

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact: admin@waterwallet.co.za

Include:

  • your account email
  • date of transaction
  • amount

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.


6. Misuse

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • unused credit
  • change of mind
